All in one world

I was thirteen years old and I had just arrived to a new world. It was just supposed to be a Summer Exchange Program, but it changed my life. I was amazed, everything was different; it smelled different, it looked different, and it sounded different. The sound, that is what really marveled me. The English language sounded like candy to my ears, I didn't know that there was another world out there...

A single and simple event like my Summer stay with a British family totally changed my present and my future. At that point I realized that languages were my passion. Thanks to languages I could learn about new people, new cultures, and new worlds - what an exciting adventure! This is what languages mean to mean: adventure and new horizons.

My passion for languages lead me to get my B.A. and M.A. in Translation and Interpreting. Right after I finished my Degree I moved to Paris, where I worked as a teacher and translator. In Paris, I rediscovered a new world full of delicacy and delight.

After my life and language experiences in Spain, England, and France, I decided to move to the USA. I am now settled in this beautiful country that let me, once again, discover a new world. I am currently a French and Spanish teacher at an Independent Preparatory School in Florida, where I do my very best to transmit my love of languages and new horizons to my Middle Schoolers.

This is me, a person with a soul divided into Spanish, English, and French words and cultures. A person full of worlds.
